Unrest In Syria

Students of Grade 4 carried out an interview where they identified what is unrest and what are the different sources and analyse reasons of unrest. Further they had a group discussion and uggested different ways to resolve unrest.






They further researched about the location, physical features and history of Syria.




They inquired about Social, Political and Economical aspects of Unrest in Syria. Further they prepared PowerPoint Presentations and shared the information with the primary kids.








They presented their research work through an exhibition and explained about the different aspects of Unrest in Syria.

Unrest In India


Students inquired about various unrest/problems faced by Citizens of India. They shared their findings with their peers and other students. It was found that it has affected the moral and social fabric of the country as citizen started loosing confidence and developing a fear psychosis.





Students presented their research work and came up with the brilliant observations that unrest had created instability, insecurity and torn apart the social fabric of the country.


Students prepared power-point presentations on types of unrest and shared with their student friends.

Skit on Human Rights

Human rights are "the basic rights and freedom to which all humans are entitled"All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Examples of rights and freedoms which are often thought of as human rights include civil and political rights, such as the right to life, liberty, and property, freedom of expression, pursuit of happiness and equality before the law; and social, cultural and economic rights, including the right to participate in science and culture, the right to work, and the right to education. 

Students of Grade 4 Presented a skit on Human rights during their Special assembly for the primary students. They explained what are Human Rights and its importance which was well appreciated by everyone.

Unrest in Bhutan


The students of Grade 5 researched and explored Causes of unrest in Bhutan. They worked in pairs and researched about the following questions arising in their mind.

  • Type of Government in Bhutan.
  • What are the problems faced by the people of Bhutan?
  • Who are refugees? Which language is spoken by the refugees of Bhutan?
  • Why do refugees leave Bhutan?
  • What is ethnic cleansing?
  • What do you think is the solution to this problem?


After researching the data collected was summarized as a powerpoint  presentation and presented in the General assembly of grades 3, 4 and 5.
